The best thing about our Delivery & Shipping is that if you live in Australia it is quick and easy. Your order should only take about 3 days to get
to you and delivery fees start at only $7.50
If you can't wait and want it tomorrow our Express service offers next business day delivery to most major capital cities. Only
available on items currently in stock and ordered before 2pm Australian Eastern Standard time.
The only exception to our scheduled postage and handling offer is for our really big items, such as the
Kettler trikes and scooters. But we have negotiated great rates, and when ordering
the site will advise you of delivery options and charges available on these items.
If something you ordered is currently unavailable, we will advise you of the delivery schedule as soon as possible. All items delivered within Australia
will be via Australia Post and courier services.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return something, it is Little Bruiser's policy that you must contact us by email, phone or fax within 7 days of receiving your purchase
to bring it to our attention and to let us know of the problem.
If you are seeking an exchange of item, whether it is for size, colour or style, we will require a proof of purchase. Exchanges will only be provided if
the items are unworn, unused and still in original condition. Please specify the new size, colour or style that you would prefer.
If an item has failed because of an obvious manufacturing fault, then we will need to see the product and proof of purchase and speak with the
manufacture or supplier to decide what action to take - to repair or replace.
